Shipping
Orders are typically processed for shipment in 1 to 2 business days and delivered within 2 – 7 business days. Actual delivery time depends on shipping distance and may vary.

Refunds and Cancellations
Due to the nature of service Contour By Crystal provides, refunds are not permitted. This applies to services, treatments, products, and any purchases made through this establishment. To be considerate of all other clients please be mindful cancellations of appointments are required with 24 hour notice. I reserve the right to invoke a reservation fee which will go towards the next session should there be at least two consecutive appointment cancellations.
